Bottled the red tonight, hopefully 7 days will be enough for it to carbonate and mellow - cause I'm entering it in my club's red ale competition on the 18th. It came out pretty well, a deep dark red with a nice nose at a very drinkable 4.64% alc.
All of which brings me down to nothing brewing. Its been a while since I've had nothing brewing, aging, or sitting in a bucket avoiding bottling.
Of course I've got the grains, hops and yeast for a brown ale so I won't be without the pip-pip-pip of little yeasties for long.
